  1. Start request — open the form and choose one of four request types.
  2. License renewal, new license, integration or development — select the option that applies.
  3. Complete the form — customer, hospital, IVD equipment and contact details.
  4. Submit — receive a reference; ITPOINT reviews and follows up with a commercial proposal.

  1. Sign in — email and password to the admin dashboard.
  2. Review submissions — filter by status and request type.
  3. Generate proposals — priced from declared IVD count.
  4. Send to customer — commercial PDF by email.
